  • Cart-specific interface that displays pass windows, missed meds, and pass times all at a glance. 

    Carts can be customized, or automatically generated if using our room tracking feature.

  • This single cart view is a closer display of our med pass timelines. Different icons can be seen for injections/treatments/wound care vs medications and the colored circles indicate pass status. Two PRN passes are also shown with the earlier one for 9:59AM also having been followed up on vs the more recent one at 11:51AM still requiring a follow up.

  • New information appears automatically in SMART as things change. In this single resident view, the “Brand New Med” is an example of a new medication being added to a resident profile while appearing immediately into the med pass interface. 

  • SMART has a slider on each timeline view that can be moved to show what med passes were active at a particular time. This can be used to review activity from earlier in the day. Administrators can utilize to document passes retroactively when medications weren’t able to be documented directly. As seen here, meds/orders update as the value of the slider changes.

  • This single resident view displays all but one medication passed. When meds are marked “passed” they are moved down into the “Pass Review” section where additional info like vitals, administration, and notes can also be recorded.  There are checks in place to ensure required information is entered before the pass is confirmed. Having the meds move to a separate area makes it easier to see what’s actually done vs what’s left to do.
